Returns and Refunds

Change of mind returns

We offer store credit on items returned unopened and unused, provided:

  • You notify us within 30 days of receiving your order
  • The item is returned within 7 days of contacting us
  • The product is in its original, unopened condition and packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided

To request a return, please email hello@rayneandsol.com.au. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.

This may include a replacement, refund, or store credit, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on gift cards or sale items for change of mind.
