Are your products eco-friendly?

Sustainability is part of our foundation. Our packaging is designed with minimal impact — using eco-friendly and recyclable materials, and recyclable and compostable mailers.

Are your products cruelty-free or vegan?

Yes. All Rayne + Sol formulations are cruelty-free and vegan-friendly.

How should I store my products?

Keep your Rayne + Sol products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve their integrity.

How does the Gradual Face Tan Serum work?

Our serum combines natural tanning actives with hydrating and antioxidant-rich ingredients to build a subtle, even glow while supporting healthy, radiant looking skin.

Can I use the Gradual Face Tan Serum daily?

Yes absolutely! We recommend using 1-2 drops daily (morning or night) for a subtle result. 

Can I use it with my other skincare?

Yes. The serum layers seamlessly under moisturiser and SPF once absorbed.

Will it transfer onto clothing or bedding?

No. The formula dries clear and won’t stain fabrics when applied correctly.

Is the Gradual Face Tan Serum suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. The Gradual Face Tan Serum is formulated with gentle, non-irritating ingredients considered suitable for sensitive skin. However, we always recommend patch-testing before first use.

Is the Gradual Face Tan Serum safe to use during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Our Gradual Face Tan Serum is formulated without retinoids or harsh actives and is generally considered safe for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. However, as every skin journey is unique, we recommend consulting your healthcare professional before introducing new skincare products.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship Australia-wide, with international shipping to be added soon.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery within Australia usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change, please contact us at hello@rayneandsol.com.au as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, we’re unable to make modifications.
