Shipping within Australia

Rayne + Sol currently ships within Australia only.

All orders are dispatched via Australia Post using a flat-rate shipping fee of $10 AUD per order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location:

• Metro areas: 2–5 business days

• Regional areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including peak periods, weather events, or carrier delays.

Shipping Delays & Responsibility

Rayne + Sol is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post once an order has been handed over to the carrier.

Once your order has been dispatched, title and risk pass to you to the extent permitted by law.

Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Rayne + Sol is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@rayneandsol.com.au, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
