Giveaway T&C's
RAYNE + SOL GIVEAWAY | TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
This giveaway is conducted by Byron Sol Au Pty Ltd trading as Rayne + Sol (“Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
- Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
- Employees of the Promoter, participating giveaway partners and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
- Entrants must have a valid Instagram account and comply with Instagram's Terms of Use.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the entry requirements stated in the giveaway post on the Rayne + Sol Instagram account.
Each eligible entrant will receive the number of entries specified in the giveaway post.
4. Promotion Period
The giveaway opens and closes at the dates and times stated in the giveaway post. Entries received after the closing time will not be eligible.
5. Prize
There will be one (1) winner.
The winner will receive the prize package featured in the giveaway post, with a total advertised retail value of AUD $799.
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Where a particular prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute that prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The draw will take place after the giveaway closes. The winner will be contacted via direct message from the official @rayneandsol.au Instagram account and announced on the Rayne + Sol Instagram account.
7. Winner Notification and Response Time
The winner must respond to the Promoter within 48 hours of the initial notification.
If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, or is found to be ineligible or otherwise has not complied with these Terms & Conditions, the Promoter may conduct a redraw to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.
The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner using the Instagram account associated with the winning entry.
The Promoter is not responsible for a winner failing to receive or respond to a notification due to Instagram settings, technical issues or circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control.
8. Prize Delivery
The prize will be delivered to an Australian address nominated by the winner.
The Promoter will arrange delivery of the prize at no cost to the winner.
The Promoter is not responsible for delays, loss or damage caused by postal or courier services after the prize has been dispatched.
9. Privacy
Personal information provided by entrants will be collected and used for the purpose of administering the giveaway, contacting the winner and arranging delivery of the prize.
Entrants' information will not be used for any additional purpose unless the entrant has separately consented to that use.
10. Instagram Disclaimer
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.
By entering, entrants release Instagram from any responsibility or liability arising from or relating to this giveaway.
11. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or withdraw the giveaway where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under Australian Consumer Law.
12. Acceptance
By entering the giveaway, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
