To be eligible:

• You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order
• This guarantee applies to your first order of the product
• Proof of purchase is required
• The product does not need to be unopened or unused - we know you need to try it to know if it works for you
• The item must be returned to us within 30 days of your original delivery date
• Return postage is the customer's responsibility

To request a refund under this guarantee, please email hello@rayneandsol.com.au with your order number. Once approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Once we receive it, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution. This may include a replacement, refund, or store credit, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on gift cards. Sale items are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee on a first order basis, as outlined above, but are not eligible for additional change-of-mind returns beyond this guarantee.
